Verdict (Cammie Morgan Style)
Pro: The family is very accommodating.
Con: They are not fluent in English. You need to do sign languages for them to understand you.
Pro: Located in the backpacker's district.
Con: You need to book extra early (or just be lucky like us)
Pro: Breakfast, wifi.
Con: You need to leave your shoes in their doorstep.
Pro: They have medical supplies (a member of their family is a doctor)
Con: They don't have an elevator
Pro: They give maps of the city
Con: They don't know some of the legends in the map
Pro: We paid 24USD and there's 4 of us in the room. It's cheap I say.
Pro: Very near to travel agencies, just walk outside to the main street and you'll find agencies to book to tours.
Pro: If you like to exercise, the guesthouse is near a park where people do group exercise
Pro: walking distance to ben thanh market and trung nguyen coffee :)
I guess that's it.
